    Nationally accredited courses include:

    • Diploma of Management
    • Certificate IV Hospitality via traineeships
    • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
    • Food Handlers (RSF)
    • Food Safety Supervisors (FSS)

    Serve It Up’s mission is to provide customised training to meet the needs of your business. This means we can design assessments and training to suit actual business requirements. For example, if your business needs an OHS policy and procedure employees will develop one as part of their assessments.

    Government funding

    Serve It Up has a contract to deliver government funded training, with funds made available from the Victorian Training Guarantee. If your staff are eligible you could receive training for FREE. Furthermore, if your staff are eligible to undertake traineeships, you the employer could get up to $4000.00 per employee that completes.     Amy Hickman

    Amy is the principal of PHD Consulting and lead Hospitality Consultant, she is also the Director of Serve It Up Training.

    Amy comes from a management background in Hospitality and Retail, having managed and worked in a number of differing venues/roles such as, Restaurant Manager Limoncello, Accor Hotels, Concept Manager Gold Class. She has obtained her Degree in Hospitality Management and Masters of Business (MBA). Amy has helped launch a number of restaurants from conception phase, helping new operators, often with little hospitality experience, design, set-up and operate successful businesses. She is passionate about hospitality and small/medium business management and believes the reason the businesses she works with achieve long-term success if from the systems and processes put into place. Standard Operating Procedures and a good management team that can monitor the businesses performance is the key to “Planning it Right, Getting it Right & Keeping it Right” and hence achieving profitability.
