    Paul has over 25 years’ experience as a retail brand strategist and design consultant specifically in the creation of multi-dimensional retail and entertainment spaces.

    Paul holds true to the founding principle that all elements of brand expression must work together seamlessly to deliver a meaningful and memorable brand presence.

    As Design Director Paul’s role is to establish project design briefs and co-ordinate all design and consultant inputs to ensure that the Group’s design outputs are on brief and on brand.

    As well as Paul’s significant Australian design history, he has established an international profile in entertainment design with completed projects for Village Roadshow in Europe, Asia and the United States, for PVR Cinemas, India and TGV Cinemas, Malaysia.

    Retail is all about positioning, understand your customer and your pitch to them. Every material and object has a position, it’s how we combine all the elements to create a unique position and a pitch to market.

    Luke has 20 years of Retail Design experience. This includes designing for department stores and major shopping centres such as Myer, Westfield and Lend Lease, also retail complexes in Singapore and many chain stores in Australia. “In the evolving retail environment what excites me is the strategic positioning of a brand, its brand valves and how it competes in the market place. Why are some brands so successful?” From branding, to shop design, merchandising design and construction, everything must enhance the positioning of the brand and communicate with the customer.
